As Robinson Bradshaw's director of human resources, Chris Waldrop is responsible for recruitment, management and retention of the firm’s professional staff. He also oversees compensation, benefits, employee relations, professional staff development, HRIS, job design and alignment, resource allocation and other human resource management functions.

Chris has more than 20 years of HR management experience, with much of that time spent in the legal industry. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, he was most recently the associate director of human resources at Alston & Bird.
