Jessica Bailey is a paralegal with experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration. She enjoys assisting fiduciaries and providing confidence throughout the administration process. Her experience includes preparation of probate and intestate documents and accountings with courts in North and South Carolina, gathering and liquidating assets through distributions to beneficiaries or special proceedings to pay otherwise insolvent estate debts, and preparing estate and fiduciary income tax returns.

Jessica earned her associate's degree in paralegal technology at Central Piedmont Community College through its ABA-approved program. Before coming to Robinson Bradshaw, Jessica worked as the assistant to the deputy general counsel at a Fortune 50 company and in previous years was an estate administration paralegal.
