Kaitlyn Cerne is a corporate paralegal experienced in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law compliance. Her experience includes activities related to the life cycle of a company from corporate formation and governance matters to venture capital equity and debt financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn was a paralegal in the technology and life sciences group at Goodwin Procter, as well as a project assistant in the mergers and acquisitions group at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio.

Kaitlyn earned her paralegal certificate from Boston University in 2017.
