As Robinson Bradshaw's executive administrator, Susan Floyd supports various aspects of the firm's administration and operations. In addition, she is the director of lateral recruitment and is responsible for the firm's lateral attorney hiring. Susan also works closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to her current position, Susan was the firm's attorney recruiting administrator for more than 20 years.
