Mark O. Henry presented Legal Considerations at a Charlotte Venture Challenge workshop on Wednesday, February 20. The Charlotte Venture Challenge, formerly known as Five Ventures, is the region’s premier business plan competition and is organized by UNC Charlotte’s Charlotte Research Institute and The Ben Craig Center. The competition includes a series of five workshops designed to prepare contestants on topics relevant to new ventures.
