Rob Harrington participated on a panel about diversity in mentorship hosted by the North Carolina Bar Association's Women in the Profession Committee.

Mentorship is a valuable resource when building a legal career. A solid relationship can benefit and be rewarding to both the mentee and the mentor. Finding the right match and creating a mutually beneficial relationship takes effort from both parties. When we add in diversity, there may be even more challenges for the mentor and the mentee. This panel discussion aimed to help both parties understand what it takes to cultivate and sustain a successful mentorship relationship with diverse lawyers.
