Complexities of Trade Secret Litigation

Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Pearlynn G. Houck and Amanda Pickens Nitto presented an overview of some of the more complex issues appearing in trade secret cases. These issues included choice of jurisdiction for trade secret claims in light of the federal Defendant Trade Secrets Act, pleading standards applied in different courts, choice of law considerations, and an overview of recent cases and decisions of interest.
