Racial Equity and the Legal Profession: Obligations and Opportunities

Former North Carolina Chief Justice Cheri Beasley led a one-hour ethics program on racial equity and the legal profession, with a focus on North Carolina attorneys’ obligations under the Preamble to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules themselves. The program was moderated by Robinson Bradshaw attorney and Women's Initiative chair Laurie Smith Helms.
