Minimizing Risk in the Evolving COVID Workplace

In this presentation, Susan Huber, Heather Heath Ryan and Angie Vincent-Hamacher considered current COVID-19-related employment and benefits guidance, workplace trends and legal best practices to minimize risk for employers and plan sponsors. As we closed out the second year of this pandemic and looked ahead to 2022, we explored topics such as vaccine policies and incentive programs, employee accommodations and leave, and potential impacts to retirement and health and welfare plans.
