The discussion included the North Carolina Supreme Court’s recent Connette v. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority decision, civil litigation implications of the criminal prosecutions of nurses, and how designating a presiding judge in each medical malpractice case is impacting counsel and the courts.
