It explored management’s responsibilities in preventing discrimination, harassment and retaliation, as well as how to properly handle and investigate allegations of unlawful conduct. The presentation also addressed how to respond to accommodation requests related to religion, disability and pregnancy or childbirth. Strategies for bystander intervention in cases of harassment were also discussed. The session included interactive scenarios to help reinforce key concepts.
