Spread Some Cheer CLE

Join Robinson Bradshaw's Employment & Labor Practice Group for an afternoon of CLE and HRCI credit, followed by a holiday happy hour. In the spirit of the season, we will collect new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots in addition to making a donation to the Western North Carolina campaign. 

• 3:45 p.m. – Registration and toy drop-off
• 4-5 p.m. – State of the Union for Employers: Keeping Up With AI, DEI, SCOTUS and Trump 2.0: The news is overflowing with headlines that impact employers, management and human resources professionals. Caleb Holloway and Michael Wilson will review government policy and agency leadership developments, including ICE, EEOC, NLRB and executive orders related to DEI; legal updates, including SCOTUS and Fourth Circuit case law, national injunctions and the Big Beautiful Bill; and the continued evolution of technology and AI.
  
• 5-6 p.m. – Holiday cocktails and hors d'oeuvres

1 hour of North Carolina and South Carolina CLE credit and 1 hour of general HRCI credit pending. We can provide a certificate of attendance for those seeking out-of-state CLE or other HR-related credit.
