John M. Conley served as a panelist at Duke University School of Law’s Tenth Annual Hot Topics in Intellectual Property Symposium. The Symposium was organized by the Intellectual Property and Cyberlaw Society (IPCS) of Duke Law and focuses on a variety of topics currently relevant to intellectual property law. This Symposium was held on Friday, February 11, 2011. The primary topics were “The Future of Gene and Biotech Patents” and “Implications of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement”.
