Trust Administration: Modification of Irrevocable Trusts

Jessica Mering Hardin presented Trust Administration: Modification of Irrevocable Trusts at the North Carolina Bar Association CLE seminar on Transfer Taxation, Estate Audits and Estate Administration.  The event was held on April 20, 2011 at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center and covered a host of topics, including gifting to individuals and charitable entities, the marital deduction, income taxation of estates and trusts, estate tax reporting requirements and audits, distributions from retirement plans and issues in trust administration.
