Mandatory Business Court Cases 

Edward F. Hennessey spoke at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Seminar: A Business Court Primer, NCADA Young Lawyers Committee Annual Trial Skills CLE. His session entitled "Mandatory Business Court Cases - Legislative Changes & Updates" provided an overview of recent changes to N.C. Gen. Stat. 7A-45.4, including mandatory business court jurisdiction and permissive business court jurisdiction.

The seminar was held at Elon University School of Law on August 6, 2015 from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
