North Carolina Public Charter Schools Association Leadership Conference

Caroline Wannamaker Sink and Richard A. Vinroot were presenters at the 2012 North Carolina Public Charter Schools Association Leadership Conference.  Caroline led a panel discussion on "Putting a Roof Over Your Head and the Gym Floor Under Your Feet: Tax-Exempt Financing for Charter Schools" and Richard served as the keynote speaker for the event.
