On Wednesday, January 18th, 2012, Kate Maynard participated in a mock FRCP 26(f) Meet & Confer and panel discussion. Three of the top ediscovery judges in the country, Magistrate Judge John Facciola, DC; Magistrate Judge Paul Grimm, DMD; Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck, SDNY, attended the event. Magistrate Judge David Keesler, WDNC, Magistrate Judge Shiva Hodges, DSC, local and national litigators, in-house counsel and IT personnel, and discovery consultants also participated in the session.
