Dianne Chipps Bailey participated in the panel discussion on Sustainability and Growth at the Women's Collective Giving Leadership Forum on Wednesday, March 2.  This panel discussion included leaders from Washington Women's Foundation (started as fund at community foundation and then became standalone 501(c)(3)); San Diego Women's Foundation (a supporting fund of the San Diego Foundation) and Impact Austin, a standalone 501(c)(3) since inception. Each leader shared the advantages and challenges of their organization's model and how each organization was planning for future growth and sustainability.
