e-Discovery: Process, Prospects and Perspective

Pearlynn G. Houck participated in a North Carolina Bar Association CLE program on Friday, November 14, 2014. Ms. Houck presented on "Preservation though Collection," and participated in a panel discussion on "Setting the Bar:  Discussing e-Discovery with Clients."  The program focused on E-Discovery and the following topics were discussed:
