Robinson Bradshaw attorney Adam Doerr was quoted in the Charlotte Observer article “Investors push settlement that would end Pittenger family’s role in firm.” Doerr represents the Vineyard family, who invested in real estate companies set up by Rep. Robert Pittenger.

The proposed settlement transfers management of the company to a Charlotte real estate firm. Doerr said the Vineyards intend to vote for the proposal because it provides new management for the investments and potential upside for investors.

“While everyone needs to decide for themselves, we hope others will vote in favor of this practical and positive solution,” Doerr said.
