Managing Partner Allen Robertson was quoted in a Charlotte Business Journal article about law firm leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Robertson spoke about how well Robinson Bradshaw transitioned to a remote working environment when the pandemic first began, and he expressed gratitude for the client relationships that have continued – and strengthened – over the past year. Robertson also shared his thoughts on how changes brought by the pandemic can continue to benefit Robinson Bradshaw in the long run.

“By being forced to run our summer associate program virtually and onboard our new associates this fall while the vast majority of our employees are working remotely, we have learned to be more creative and intentional about how to work with, teach, inform and build relationships with folks we have hired or hope to hire,” Robertson said. “Many of the things we have tried and learned will continue to be useful approaches when things return to ‘normal.’”
