Robinson Bradshaw Adds Two Associate Attorneys - Stuart Pratt & Liana Rebollo

Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., one of the state’s leading corporate and commercial law firms, has announced that Stuart L. Pratt and Liana K. Rebollo have joined the firm as associate attorneys.

Pratt earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he graduated with high honors and third in a class of 253 students. He was a member of the staff of the North Carolina Law Review for one year. In his final year of law school, he served as the law review’s executive articles editor. Prior to law school, Pratt taught fifth grade in New York City as part of Teach for America. Pratt also holds an undergraduate degree with honors, as well as a master’s degree in city and regional planning, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rebollo earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she graduated with high honors. She was a member of the staff of the North Carolina Law Review for one year. In 2009, Rebollo participated in the Charlotte Legal Diversity Clerkship (CLDC) Program, a competitive program that pairs first-year law students with Charlotte-area law firms and corporate law departments. The program provides opportunities for clerks to gain exposure to a variety of professional and social settings. Rebollo spent her second year in the program as a clerk with Robinson Bradshaw. Prior to law school, Rebollo worked for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City as a corporate paralegal. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
