Robinson Bradshaw advised Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs Bank USA as joint book runners and joint lead arrangers in connection with a $10.65 billion bridge financing for the acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange Inc. of all of the equity interests of Ellie Mae Intermediate Holdings I, Inc. In addition, Robinson Bradshaw advised Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as the lead book runner and lead joint arranger of $3.75 billion in revolving credit facilities, and a $750 million delayed draw term loan facility for Intercontinental Exchange Inc. in support of the acquisition.
