Robinson Bradshaw Receives Empowering Women Award

North Carolina Lawyers Weekly named Robinson Bradshaw to its inaugural Empowering Women list of law firms that have shown a “strong commitment to supporting and elevating female attorneys.” The award recognizes that Robinson Bradshaw is dedicated to “hiring and promoting women, providing mentoring and opportunities for their professional advancement, and establishing programs and policies to help them thrive in their practice.”

The publication highlighted the Robinson Bradshaw Women’s Initiative, which creates and supports opportunities for female attorney mentorship and relationship-building, both internally and externally. The affinity group aims to promote open communication and support at all levels to better assist women attorneys on their individual paths to success. The article also discussed the firm’s role in the creation of CLIMB, or Charlotte Legal Initiative to Mobilize Businesses, which provides pro bono business law services for under-represented entrepreneurs, including women.
