Matt Sawchak, Stephen Feldman and Megan Clemency Haynes presented a CLE for the Association of Corporate Counsel's Research Triangle Area Chapter. They were joined by guest speaker Andy Klein of ABB.

Today’s antitrust enforcement goes far beyond price fixing and big mergers. The panelists discussed surprising antitrust problems that can arise during common business activities, including attending seminars, choosing employees to hire, setting compensation packages for employees, offering package prices for your company’s products or services, operating joint ventures, buying inputs for your products or services, and cutting off non-paying customers. In these areas and others, the attorneys recommended ways to avoid or limit antitrust problems.
