Highlights of the Ongoing U.S. Supreme Court Term

11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

The Pavilion at the Angus Barn
9401-1 Glenwood Ave.
Raleigh, NC 27617

It’s another momentous year at the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court is considering numerous controversial and consequential cases, including disputes with high stakes for the business community, as well as cases raising important questions of constitutional law. Join former U.S. Supreme Court clerks Mark Hiller and Erik Zimmerman along with their Robinson Bradshaw colleagues Caroline Reinwald and Kelley Storey to hear their thoughts on several of these cases. The discussion will include lessons that the cases teach about successful strategies for both appellate and non-appellate litigation.
