Caleb Holloway Wins 40 Over 40 Award

Robinson Bradshaw attorney Caleb Holloway is among the 2026 winners of the Charlotte Ledger’s annual 40 Over 40 Awards. The honors celebrate “local unsung heroes aged 40+ who are doing great things” in the Charlotte community.

“Caleb is a respected employment attorney and a consistent advocate for inclusion, accessibility and dignity in the workplace,” the Ledger said in its award profile. “Beyond his legal practice, he has helped shape a more supportive Charlotte through leadership with LGBTQ+ inclusion efforts, local bar associations and Brave Step’s work with survivors of sexual violence.”

At Robinson Bradshaw, Holloway counsels clients confronted with human resources and employment law concerns, advising on, calibrating and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility strategies and goals from compliance to corporate social responsibility. He is a State Bar-certified specialist in employment law.

Holloway chairs RB+PRIDE, Robinson Bradshaw’s affinity group for LGTBQ+ employees and allies, and he is active in local and state bars, including currently serving on the Mecklenburg Bar Association’s board of directors and chairing its Labor & Employment Section.
