Overview

Aryana Ainolhayat represents clients in commercial litigation and employment disputes across different forums, including state court, federal court and arbitration. She has recent experience with claims for breach of contract, fraud, products liability, and discrimination and retaliation under Title VII and its state law counterparts. Beyond active litigation, Aryana also advises businesses in pre-litigation disputes by evaluating risks and negotiating solutions before a lawsuit arises.

In addition to her litigation practice, Aryana enjoys helping clients advance their business goals and reduce risk by advising on a variety of employment and labor issues including internal investigations of employee complaints, wage and hour compliance, policy development, and employee discipline and separation.

Aryana is also fluent in Spanish.

  • Represents a product manufacturer in multidistrict litigation involving products liability claims related to PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).
  • Conducted an internal investigation for a global company related to alleged complaints of hostile work environment and discrimination.
  • Counseled a local company in responding to inquiries from a federal suspension and debarment official.
  • Successfully resolved a pre-litigation dispute for a specialty gas supplier involving a force majeure event.
  • Regularly represents employers in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission involving employment claims for discrimination and retaliation under federal and state law.
