Overview

Harrison Hull is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on issues at the intersection of technology and law.   • Regularly advises clients on establishing compliance programs to meet obligations under domestic and international data protection laws, including CCPA and related state comprehensive privacy laws, GDPR, COPPA, and various data breach, biometric information and consumer health data laws.
  • Routinely assists clients in implementing public-facing privacy notices and online terms and conditions.
  • Frequently serves as a legal technology subject-matter resource in support of corporate acquisitions; manages due diligence reviews and assists with the negotiation of intellectual property, software and information technology, and privacy- and cybersecurity-related provisions in acquisition documents.

  • Routinely assists early-state companies in drafting terms, policies and agreements to protect core intellectual property and commercialize digital assets.
  • Represented entities in the HealthTech, AgTech and blockchain technology industries in connection with priced equity fundraisings totaling over $25 million.
  • Represented the venture capital arm of a large public aerospace company in connection with several strategic portfolio investments totaling over $15 million.
  • Assisted private investment firms, university endowments and other institutional investors with the review and negotiation of investments in a variety of private equity funds.
