She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, dispositions and other investment transactions, and she represents public and private companies in connection with purchases and sales of entire businesses and carveout transactions in both auction and non-auction settings, in each case across a variety of industries.

  • Represented a major American sports league in the acquisition of a proprietary database and statistical analysis model.

  • Represents a payments processing and software company in connection with numerous acquisitions of software companies providing software services across all industries.

  • Represented a publicly traded leading technology company and materials science business in the acquisition and disposition of various businesses.

  • Represents money center banks in lead agent roles for investment grade credit facilities across various industries including insurance, power and energy, and retail.

  • Represented a money center bank in a lead agent role in connection with several public company acquisition financings ranging in value between $1.2 billion and $15 billion.
