Luke Shapiro

Luke Shapiro's corporate law practice focuses on finance and capital markets, commercial lending and private funds. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance and commercial contracts. Luke's clients include privately held companies, banks, private fund managers and investors, among others. In addition, he maintains an active pro bono practice, serving as a custody advocate and guardian ad litem for children. He is also a contributor to the firm's Private Fund Insights blog.

Prior to law school, Luke worked as an environmental and facilities engineer.
