  • Represented a lender in connection with a $29 million debt and equity investment in support of a sponsor-led acquisition of a pest-control services company and related subsequent acquisition financings.

  • Represented a lender in connection with a $11 million unitranche credit facility in support of a sponsor-led acquisition of a food brokerage company and related subsequent acquisition financings.

  • Represented a lender in connection with a $21 million unitranche credit facility in support of a sponsor-led acquisition of a health care education platform.

  • Represented a lender in connection with a $20.5 million unitranche credit facility in support of a sponsor-led acquisition of a manufacturer and supplier of sewn products used in the utility industry.
