Overview

Samuel is a litigator representing clients through all phases of commercial litigation. He has represented clients in intellectual property licensing disputes, construction litigation, corporate governance disputes, mass tort and product liability actions, and fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practice litigation. 

Before law school, Samuel worked in government relations for a health care system in Virginia, coordinating Certificate of Need (CON) regulatory filings and advising on state health care policy.
