Profile
Adrianna Sarrimanolis represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters with a focus on public finance, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial matters. She regularly represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including senior credit facilities, second lien and subordinated debt investments, and equity investments. Adrianna also has experience representing clients in a variety of public finance transactions, including serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel.

Served as underwriters’ counsel for tax-exempt and taxable bonds to finance and refinance capital improvements for cities and counties.

Represents a global insurance broker in connection with its syndicated senior secured credit facilities.
