Robinson Bradshaw is pleased to welcome 10 associate attorneys to the firm:

Scott Cogar is a corporate attorney with experience representing investment banks and other institutional lenders and underwriters in secured commercial lending transactions, subscription facilities and CLOs. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Cogar was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Georgia.

Scott A. DeAngelis graduated from Vanderbilt University's Law & Economics Program, where he earned both a law degree and a doctorate degree in law and economics. DeAngelis was executive articles selection editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He received a bachelor's degree summa cum laude in economics and business administration with a minor in mathematics from Coe College.

Matthew R. Evangelisto earned his law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he served as contributing editor of the North Carolina Law Review. He received a bachelor's degree with distinction in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a double major in advertising and a minor in philosophy, politics and economics.

Kristin L. Hendrickson earned her law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was an articles editor of the North Carolina Law Review. She received a bachelor's degree magna cum laude with honors in journalism and mass communications with a minor in political science from the University of South Carolina Honors College. 

Andrew Kilpinen's litigation practice encompasses all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, he was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. Kilpinen served as a law clerk for Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Wake Forest University as a member of Order of the Coif, and he received his bachelor's degree from Indiana University. He is currently admitted only in Illinois and Texas.

Katherine A. Moles earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editorial board member of the Virginia Law Review. She received her bachelor's degree with distinction in history and Spanish with a minor in bioethics from the University of Virginia.

Adrianna G. Sarrimanolis received her law degree with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a staff member of the North Carolina Law Review. Sarrimanolis earned her bachelor's degree in political science and English with a minor in Spanish for the legal profession from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and she was certified in UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business Essentials Program.

Curtis C. Strubinger received his law degree magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was special projects editor of the Duke Law Journal and a Mordecai Scholar. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accountancy summa cum laude from the University of Missouri.

Andrew R. Wagner received his law degree magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was a notes editor of the Duke Law Journal. He earned his bachelor's degree magna cum laude in philosophy with literature from Wheaton College. Prior to attending law school, Wagner was head of the drama department at Performance School of the Arts in Clifton Park, New York. He is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory, the country's leading training program for sketch comedy.

Spencer T. Wiles earned his law degree magna cum laude from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif and symposium editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review. He received a bachelor's degree summa cum laude in biology from Hampden-Sydney College and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa.
