Profile

Alexis Iffert’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor issues, health care law, joint business ventures and general corporate law. She represents clients in many different industries and has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational documents, purchase agreements, service and operating agreements, employment agreements and related documentation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alexis received her Master of Education in student personnel in higher education from the University of Florida and worked in higher education for eight years. Her unique professional experience is a benefit to educational institutions facing complex problems and seeking specialized advice, particularly in the areas of Title IX compliance and policy development.
