Robinson Bradshaw Represents Fresenius in $2 Billion Acquisition of NxStage Medical

Robinson Bradshaw served as lead counsel guiding client Fresenius Medical Care in its $2 billion acquisition of NxStage Medical Care, Inc. Fresenius is the world's leading provider of dialysis products and services, and NxStage is a leading medical-device company. The transaction closed Feb. 21, following regulatory review.

The Robinson Bradshaw M&A team included Kent McCready, Pat Bryant, Brian Litwak, Kelly Loving, John Garver, Sandra Wilburn, Bernard Funk, Megan Haynes and Ashley Durbin.
