Profile

Amanda Fannin Rautalahti practices in the areas of investment management, fund formation and general corporate law. She regularly assists private fund managers, university endowments, public pension funds and other institutional investors in evaluating and negotiating investment opportunities in private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and other alternative investment funds, as well as separately managed accounts and secondary transactions.

In addition, Amanda represents fund managers in the formation and ongoing management of private investment funds. She also has experience with a variety of general corporate and commercial matters, including the negotiation and drafting of organizational documents, purchase agreements, operating agreements and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Amanda clerked at Dechert LLP in Washington, D.C. Before law school, she worked for a large public accounting firm performing audits of publicly traded companies.
