Robinson Bradshaw is pleased to welcome nine associate attorneys to the firm.

Brendan P. Biffany earned his law degree summa cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was the valedictorian of his class and an editor of the Duke Law Journal. He received his bachelor's degree summa cum laude from High Point University. Before attending law school, Biffany was a valuation analyst at a large public accounting firm.

Demi Lorant Bostian counsels corporations and individuals in complex civil and regulatory disputes. She has represented clients in securities and shareholder derivative suits and class action litigation, and advised corporate clients engaged in internal and government regulatory investigations. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Bostian was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City. She received her law degree from Columbia Law School and her bachelor's degree with honors and highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Monica M. Burks earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a staff member of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. She received her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from North Carolina State University. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, she clerked for Chief Justice Cheri L. Beasley of the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Chelsea N. Evans earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review, a member of Order of the Coif, and a recipient of the Compleat Lawyer Award. Evans received her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, she clerked for Chief Justice Donald W. Beatty of the South Carolina Supreme Court. 

Amanda M. Fannin is a corporate attorney. She represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters including fund formation and investment management, joint ventures and general corporate law. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Fannin clerked at Dechert LLP in Washington, D.C. She earned her law degree magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, and her master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.

Alexa M. Fleming earned her law degree cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Alaska Law Review and a chief executive editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Duke University and was a member of the varsity swim team.

Matthew G. Lenora focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate and transactional areas, including startups, technology, venture capital, securities, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. His practice spans the life cycle of a company from idea stage, continuing through the initial corporate formation, and expanding to include all manner of business and financing matters. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Lenora was an associate at Smith Anderson in Raleigh, North Carolina. He received his law degree and master of laws degree from Duke University and his bachelor's degree with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma.

Jared B. Taylor is a corporate attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, syndicated lending and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Taylor was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. He received his law degree from Columbia Law School, his master of laws degree with merit from King's College, and his bachelor's degree with distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ethan R. White earned his law degree magna cum laude from Wake Forest School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his bachelor's degree with honors from Rollins College. Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, White served two years as a law clerk for Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe III of the North Carolina Business Court.
