Jason Wright practices in the areas of commercial finance and general corporate and commercial law.
Jason's commercial finance practice involves representing lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions. He has represented a variety of public and private companies in financing transactions within a number of industries, including financial services, health care, retail and manufacturing.
Jason's general corporate and commercial law practice covers a range of commercial transactions, with a focus on health care transactions, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients with respect to a variety of other corporate and commercial matters, including corporate formation and structuring, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked as a senior credit analyst for Zions First National Bank. He speaks fluent Spanish.
