Profile

Jason Wright practices in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial law.

Jason has extensive experience representing senior lenders and borrowers in complex investment-grade and leveraged financings. He has successfully negotiated domestic and cross-border financings within a variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, health care, utilities, retail and manufacturing.

Jason also has extensive experience negotiating investment, joint venture, and merger and acquisition transactions, particularly in the health care space. He has advised on dozens of joint ventures involving specialty practices and is experienced in addressing corporate practice of medicine issues through management services organizations and physician practice management structures.   

Jason regularly advises clients with respect to a variety of general corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and structuring, governance and commercial contracts.
