Jordan DeJaco helps clients protect their interests and achieve practical solutions in complex business litigation matters in state and federal court. Drawing on broad experience involving data privacy, health care, contract disputes, employment matters and business torts, she partners with clients to navigate high-stakes conflicts efficiently and strategically. Jordan's experience clerking in the North Carolina Business Court gives her unique insight into the nuances of complex corporate and commercial cases to guide clients and anticipate challenges.
Jordan has experience with helping clients respond to data breach incidents and has supported clients through the investigation, notification and litigation aspects of data breach incidents. She has defended class actions stemming from data breach incidents, including obtaining a motion to dismiss on a claim for violation of the Electronic Communication Protections Act. Jordan also advises clients on the legal implications of using complex technologies, such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and generative AI.
