Katherine Grant is a corporate attorney with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate law. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions and dispositions and also represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Katherine has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of contractual arrangements, including purchasing agreements, organizational and governance documents, credit agreements and other related documentation.
