Luke Shapiro is a corporate attorney whose practice spans a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation, investment management and corporate finance. He also maintains an active practice assisting clients with non-disclosure agreements and other commercial contracts. Luke's clients include privately held companies, banks, private fund managers and investors, among others. In addition, he is a contributor to the firm’s Private Fund Insights blog.

Prior to law school, Luke worked as an environmental and facilities engineer.
