As employers throughout the country embrace DEI goals and develop DEI programs with energy and passion, it’s important not to lose sight of the continuing commands of federal and state anti-discrimination laws. In this program, Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Stephen Cox, Angie Vincent and Laura Johnson will talk about ways to further DEI initiatives and manage employee affinity groups while minimizing potential liability. They'll also discuss the importance of maintaining appropriate legal oversight over DEI programs and of periodically reviewing those programs to manage and mitigate risk.

During this program, Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Doug Jarrell and Travis Hinman will discuss recent developments in the law concerning restrictive covenants as well as practical ways that employers can protect their confidential information and customer relationships in an environment where noncompete agreements are falling out of favor.
