Institutional Investors + Antitrust = ??, Antitrust Concerns when Negotiating Investment Agreements, ABA Business Law Section

Cynthia L. Collins spoke and moderated a panel at the American Bar Association Business Law Section Spring meeting in San Francisco on April 17, 2015. The panel was sponsored by the Institutional Investors and Antitrust Committees and discussed the topic: "Do institutional investors have antitrust concerns when they coordinate negotiation efforts with other institutional investors?" Antitrust lawyers, lawyers representing institutions on investment programs, and the former general counsel of a public pension fund engaged in an interactive discussion about institutional investors’ ability to coordinate their efforts when negotiating investments.
