John R. Wester participated as a panelist in the Practitioners Panel discussion at the 3rd Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE: Navigating North Carolina's Specialized Forum for Complex Civil Litigation.  The CLE was held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Bar and Foundation Center.

This annual CLE provides a rare “behind the curtains” look at the North Carolina Business Court, the State’s specialized forum for complex civil litigation. The CLE is tailored to meet the needs of both experienced Business Court litigators (“frequent flyers”) and general practitioners evaluating whether the Business Court is the right forum for litigating their cases.

This program is being planned by The North Carolina Business Court, Charlotte Division, in conjunction with Katherine T. Armstrong, Robinson Elliott & Smith and Ty Shaffer, Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson.
