Regulation of Private Investment Fund Managers

Richard S. Starling was a speaker at the 2011 Southern Capital Conference on September 21-23 at the Ritz-Carlton at Lake Oconee, Ga, where he participated in a panel discussion on the evolving regulatory landscape for private investment fund managers.

The Southern Capital Conference is an annual meeting where limited partners, placement agents, consultants and gatekeepers from across the country come to build and extend relationships with general partners in the Southeastern private equity community. The conference provided an ideal setting where participants could interact and discuss regional and national trends that impact the venture capital, growth equity, buyout, mezzanine and real estate communities.
