Gregory L. Skidmore has joined Robinson Bradshaw as a litigation partner. He represents Fortune 100 corporations and other clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

“We’re excited about having Greg as our partner, and his experience further enhances our national trial and appellate practices,” said Managing Partner Allen K. Robertson.

Skidmore works with clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and health care, telecommunications, finance and energy. He has won cases for clients at all phases of litigation, from initial motions to appeals, and advises clients on ways to minimize the risk of future litigation. He also has experience representing clients in investigations by federal and state enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.

“Greg will be a real asset to our clients with his valuable experience in many areas of the law, including antitrust matters and the False Claims Act,” said Rob Harrington, Litigation Department chair at Robinson Bradshaw.

Skidmore has been recognized in The Legal 500 for his litigation work. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, he was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C. He earned his law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School and his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Duke University.
