Five Robinson Bradshaw attorneys were named to Benchmark Litigation’s inaugural Under 40 Hot List, honoring the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners age 40 or younger. The five attorneys include:

Nathan C. Chase Jr. – Chase's practice focuses on complex business disputes. He has extensive experience in antitrust matters, including defending clients in nationwide antitrust class actions; representing clients in connection with antitrust investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general; and counseling clients with respect to antitrust issues raised by contractual relationships.

Adam K. Doerr – Doerr advises companies and individuals involved in significant business disputes and bet-the-company litigation. He has experience in cases involving shareholder and corporate governance issues, appeals in state and federal courts, class actions, corporate merger litigation and general business disputes.

Pearlynn G. Houck – A versatile litigator and adviser, Houck represents companies and executives in complex business and employment disputes and bet-the-company litigation. She has experience in matters involving fraud, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, financial products, securities, corporate governance, professional negligence and class actions.

Andrew W.J. Tarr – Tarr's litigation practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. He also handles a broader range of disputes, including those involving corporate contracts, fiduciary duties, fraud, unfair trade practices and real estate.

Richard C. Worf – Worf has represented clients in all phases of civil litigation and has extensive experience in the area of mass tort bankruptcy. For the past five years, he has been part of a team representing the debtor in one of the nation’s most closely watched asbestos bankruptcy cases.
