Erik Zimmerman Named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under Hot List

Robinson Bradshaw attorney Erik R. Zimmerman was named to Benchmark Litigation’s annual 40 & Under Hot List, honoring the achievements of the nation’s top young talent age 40 or younger.

Zimmerman guides clients through complex litigation and appeals, including antitrust suits, class actions and other high-stakes disputes in courts across the country. He has particular experience in appellate litigation, drawing on his experience as a law clerk for Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the Fourth Circuit. He has argued appeals in the Fourth Circuit and the North Carolina appellate courts, and has filed briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts nationwide.

This is Zimmerman’s third consecutive year on the list. He is one of several Robinson Bradshaw litigators who have received this recognition, including Nathan Chase, Adam Doerr, Pearlynn Houck, Susan Huber, David Kimball, Ty Shaffer, Andy Tarr and Rich Worf.
